switchin' it up.

Well, I made the switch. To 2% milk. 

Before you go all calorie on me, let me try and explain myself. 

-Dr. Oz said it's better for you than skim. And Dr. Oz has a cool name.

-It tastes better in cereal. No joke. 

-When you drink it during a meal you feel more full, so you don't eat as much!

And lastly..

-Now Mr. B thinks I'm like..the most awesome person ever.

At home, we always drank 1%...when my hubby and I moved in together, he insisted I buy 2%, no questions asked! lol Skim is like white water...yuck!
